How usage is billed
Your cost has a few distinct parts. Here is how they fit together, so a plan price is never read as the whole picture.

Paid plans are priced per user per month. The plan sets how many credits each user gets every month. Prices on this page exclude GST.

AI and messaging actions use credits from your balance. When the balance is low you can top it up.

GST is added to paid plans at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

Anything outside the subscription and credits, such as implementation work or arrangements with third-party providers, is discussed in your demo before it applies.
Current rates for each action are shared during your demo, so the figures you plan with are the ones that apply to you.
