Calls that say what they are and book what is real.
Sentinel's Voicebot phones your leads, opens by saying it is an AI, offers meeting times that actually exist and records what happened. Inside the app, digital voice lets your team talk to Sentinel AI instead of typing.
Sentinel Voicebot
Phone call
Hello Asha, this is an automated assistant calling about your enquiry. Which language would you like to continue in?
English is fine.
I have two times for a walkthrough. Thursday morning or Friday afternoon?
Demo data
What's inside
Used for sales and client servicing.
Sales
LeadsIt calls leads who asked for a walkthrough, qualifies them and books the meeting from the times it was given.
Client servicing
ClientsIt calls existing clients to confirm booked meetings, records any callback they ask for, and passes service requests to the person who owns the relationship.
Two ways to use voice.
In the app: digital voice
Sentinel AISpeak to Sentinel AI inside the workspace. Dictate a message and review it before sending, hear replies read aloud, or open Live mode for a hands-free spoken conversation. It runs in the browser, in supported browsers.
On the phone: outbound calls
CallsThe Voicebot phones a lead or contact, opens by saying it is an AI, offers real meeting times and records what happened. It places calls; it does not answer incoming ones.
What it does on a call.
Opens by saying it is an AI
Every call starts with a disclosure, and if the person asks whether they are talking to a bot, it answers yes, plainly. A call script without the disclosure cannot be placed.
Asks which language
It asks which language the person is comfortable in, then stays in it. Fixed lines are available in English, Hindi, Marathi and Hinglish. Some fixed answers are English only.
Offers real meeting times
It names only times it was given from the calendar, never one of its own, and records the booking the person chooses.
Confirms booked meetings
Before a booked meeting it can call the contact to confirm, when the contact looks likely to miss it.
Checks consent first
Calls respect opt-outs, do-not-disturb and calling hours. When a call is refused, the reason is recorded so your team can see why.
Records the outcome
Each call writes its result back to Sentinel, including a callback the person asked for, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
How a call goes
From reason to recorded outcome.
A reason to call
A call is placed when a lead accepts a demo, to confirm an upcoming booking, or to retry a call that was missed. Each reason is allowed or blocked per company.
The opening
The Voicebot confirms who it is speaking to, says it is an automated assistant, and asks which language to use.
The conversation
Fixed lines cover the common moments. Free turns follow the same language, and the Voicebot never states a price, a feature or a time it was not given.
The booking
If the person wants a meeting, it offers the times it holds and records the one they pick.
The outcome
The result is saved against the contact. If nobody answers, it tries again later and then continues on WhatsApp through the chatbot.
Escalation
When a call needs a person.
The Voicebot is designed to be honest about its limits and to pass the conversation on rather than bluff.
If the person is confused
The Voicebot says plainly that it is an automated assistant and offers to put a person on.
If it does not know
It says it does not know and offers to have someone follow up. It does not guess about the product.
If they decline
It accepts the answer, thanks them and stops. It does not argue past one honest reply.
Good to know
Limits, cost and availability, stated plainly.
Outbound only
The Voicebot places calls. It does not answer incoming calls, and cold outreach calls are not part of the default set of reasons.
Uses AI credits
Calls use AI credits from your Sentinel credit balance. How calls are priced overall is shared during your demo. How credits work is explained on the pricing page.
Set up with your team
Whether calls are placed for your workspace, and for which reasons, is switched on per company. We go through availability and set-up in the demo.
IllustrativeThe call above is an illustration, not a recording. See how the chatbot continues the conversation on WhatsApp.
