Indore/Electronic Complex, Pardesipura
Indore's original tech district, a compact, government-built IT estate at the heart of the city's first software cluster, now expanding with ESDM and new-generation IT parks.
The Electronic Complex at Pardesipura is Indore's oldest dedicated IT/tech estate. Established by the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC), it was the birthplace of Indore's software export industry, long before Crystal IT Park or Super Corridor existed. Several of the city's best-known IT companies, including Cyber Infrastructure (CIS), Mango IT Solutions, and multiple MPSEDC STP units, maintain facilities here. MPIDC's IT Park-IV is currently under construction within the Electronics Complex, targeting the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sec

MPSEDC STP (Software Technology Park) units in the Electronic Complex benefit from STP scheme incentives including customs duty exemption on imported hardware and software, income tax benefits for export-oriented units, and bandwidth support. The newer IT Park-IV ESDM units will qualify for additional incentives under India's semiconductor and electronics promotion policies.
Government IT Park buildings are functional but not aesthetically premium. New IT Park Building offers better fit-out quality. Sky Space Offices and Worko have invested in interior quality to attract modern occupiers. ESDM-focused IT Park-IV is expected to be built to modern specifications with energy management and structural quality above the older buildings.
MPSEDC STP buildings benefit from government-managed power supply with backup. Worko offers 24/7 access with power backup. ISP fibre from Jio and Airtel widely available. MPSEDC provides dedicated bandwidth allocation to STP units in the complex.
