The Super Corridor is Indore's most ambitious planned commercial initiative, a wide, master-planned development corridor along Scheme Nos. 133, 166, and 167 that stretches from near the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport toward Ujjain Road. Super Corridor falls under or adjacent to the Indore Special Economic Zone (Development Commissioner: JM Gupta). SEZ units benefit from income tax exemption under Section 10AA, exemption from customs and central excise duties, and external commercial borrowing flexibility. MP IT Policy 2023 additionally provides capital subsidy, electricity subsidy, and employment-linked incentives to IT/ITeS companies setting up in the corridor.
New-built campuses on Super Corridor (Yash Technologies, Impetus) are green-concept buildings incorporating rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient HVAC, and landscaped campus environments. Future supply is expected to carry IGBC or LEED certifications as developer competition intensifies.
Dedicated 24/7 power supply is a condition under SEZ lease terms. Fibre infrastructure through multiple ISPs; proposed data centre cluster (Barlai) will further boost connectivity infrastructure in the zone.
