Products

How it connects

Products are used as line items in Quotes and Invoices. Price Books override per-product pricing for specific customers or deals.

Quotes

How it connects

Accepted quotes create invoices in Commerce with the line items carried over as they are. Quote totals feed the Analytics revenue dashboards.

  • Filter by status and search by title or number
  • Build a quote line by line: pick a product, set quantity, price, discount and GST, and watch the totals update
  • Quotes are numbered automatically
  • Track each quote from draft to sent, then accepted, declined or expired
  • Turn an accepted quote into an invoice with a button
  • Select several quotes to delete them or export to CSV, or export a print-ready PDF

Invoices

How it connects

Invoice payments update the deal's revenue in the CRM. PDF invoices can be attached to e-signature requests via Document Management.

Features

  • Headline numbers at a glance: total invoices, revenue paid, outstanding and overdue
  • Overdue invoices are flagged automatically once their due date has passed
  • Track each invoice from draft to sent, then paid, partly paid, overdue or cancelled
  • Record a payment right on the invoice, including partial payments, with the payment mode
  • GST broken down into CGST, SGST and IGST on every line, with GSTIN and place of supply
  • Select several invoices to delete them or export to CSV, or export a GST-ready PDF
